Building and mortgage
We explain the building schedule and construction payments at your visit. Banorte and Scotiabank finance pre-sale homes and Santander requires a completed house, according to their websites as of October 14, 2026. For a pre-sale, the development must be registered with the bank: we will tell you which ones at your visit.

Delivery and deed
In a pre-sale you sign a promissory purchase agreement. The deed is signed after delivery, once the infrastructure is complete and an appraisal declares the house habitable.
The approximate monthly payment for Model 01 with a 275 m² (2,960 sq ft) lot, with the down payment, term and rate you choose.
